The Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007, as amended, following the trading session on April 15, 2014, there will be an extraordinary adjustment and 3,862,000 shares of LIVECHAT company (ISIN PLLVTSF00010) will supplement WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-IT. LIVECHAT company's shares were introduced to trading on April 11, 2014 and fulfill free float criteria of the above mentioned indices.
