| AviaAM Leasing AB (hereinafter ? the ?Company?) announces that the Meeting of the Supervisory Council was convened on 18 September 2014 in which all members of the Supervisory Council unanimously adopted the following resolutions: (i) to establish the Audit Committee comprised of two members of the Supervisory Council ? Mr. Antanas Petrošius and Mr. Jacek Tucharz; (ii) to elect Mr. Antanas Petrošius as the chairman of the Audit Committee; (iii) to approve the work regulations of the Audit Committee; (iv) to elect Mr. Tadas Goberis, General Manager of the Company to the vacant position of the Management Board of the Company. | |||||||||||
