This announcement pertains to the 2,320,186 new shares subscribed in the capital increase procedure by Gorenjska banka, d.d., Kranj (1,315,166 shares) and the IFC (1,005,020 shares); all of the said shares are already listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. As a result, all 24,424,613 GRVG shares are listed on both the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange as of August 29, 2014.
