| In fulfilment of provisions of § 4 of Annex 3 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System organized by BondSpot S.A., the Management Board of HB Reavis Finance PL Sp. z o.o. with registered seat in Warsaw announces that the value of liabilities outstanding at 31 March 2014 was established approximately to the amount of PLN 111 million (one hundred eleven million) zlotys.
