(the Company) informs that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was held on 10 September 2013 at Kiev office 4/10 Tbilisky lane, Kiev, Ukraine adopted the resolution to appoint Mrs. Karen Fisher and Mr. Alfons Balmann as non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect.
