The property is entered in the Land&Mortgage Register under no 2058, at the District Court of Puławy. The developed historical land, together with the surrounding plot is entered in the Lublin Register of Historical Monuments under „Willa Ukraina” no. A/973 by the Decision issued on 20.02.1989. According to the Local Development Plan, the site is marked MP/MNj, i.e., boarding houses, single family housing, farming fields, and orchards.

The property is located in the area not subject to the local development plan. It is within the area covered by the study for future development of the city of Katowice approved by the Resolution XLV/420/97 of the city council on 25 August 1997. According to the Study, the property is within the zone of intensive urban investment (existing and future).

The area of the plot 575/2 has no local plan; it is not bound to have such a plan. According to the study for future development of the city of Płock approved by the Resolution 967/LXIII/98 of the city council on 21 April 1998, the property is in the area of adaptation and intensification of city development with a function of city centre.

A right of way and passage is to be established on the property to grant an access to a building on the neighbouring plot 575/3.
