ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF EURO MEDIUM TERM NOTES AND PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS International Personal Finance plc has today issued EUR 40,000,000 4.25% guaranteed notes due 23 May 2018 (the ?Notes?) under its euro medium term note programme (the ?Programme?). Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange plc for the Notes to be admitted to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange?s Regulated Market. The final terms dated 21 May 2014 in relation to the Notes are available for viewing.
