The Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. informs that at the Ordinary General Assembly held on 9 July 2012, the following shareholders exercised a voting right resulting from shares representing over 5% of votes at the General Assembly: Ms Monika Chadaj represented 515,515 shares and the same number of votes attached to shares, which constitutes 6.77% of the total number of votes at this assembly and 3.98% in the total number of votes; Mr Artur Górnik along with subsidiaries represented 508,146 shares and the same number of votes attached to shares, which constitutes 6.77% of the total number of votes at this assembly and 3.93% in the total number of votes.
