| With a reference to the public notice from 22 May 2012, Krka is informing the public that from 7 April 2014 up to and including 10 April 2014 Krka acquired 5,822 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 368,818 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,612,600 representing 7.375% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,618,422 representing 7.391% of all shares issued. | |||||||||||
