| The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") hereby informs that on September 1, 2011 Sergiy Andriychuk resigned from the position of the Company?s and the Milkiland Group?s (the ?Group") CFO. Ms. Andriychuk was not a member of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has initiated a process of selecting new CFO for the Company and the Group. Meanwhile, Mr. Alexey Archipov, who is currently the Group?s IFRS manager, would be responsible for fulfilling duties of the chief financial officer of the Company and the Group. |
