| In compliance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, Nova KBM d.d., Maribor, hereby makes the following announcement: Nova KBM d.d. would like to inform the public that the publishing of the 2012 Business Plan of Nova KBM d.d. and the Nova KBM Group will take place in January 2012 and not 21 December 2011 as originally announced. The reason for this amendment is the postponement of the topic Business Plan to the next Nova KBM d.d.?s Supervisory Board meeting.
