| | Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. (\"Emitent\") informuje, iż zmianie ulegnie data publikacji raportu rocznego za rok obrotowy 2013. Zgodnie z harmonogramem przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2014 roku, opublikowanym raportem bieżącym EBI 1/2014 z dnia 30 stycznia 2014 roku, deklarowanym terminem publikacji raportu rocznego za 2013 rok był dzień 2 czerwca 2014. Zarząd Planet Soft S.A. (\"Emitent\") informuje wyznaczył nowy termin publikacji raportu rocznego za 2013 rok na dzień 4 czerwca 2014 roku. Pozostałe terminy publikacji raportów okresowych pozostają bez zmian, a ewentualne korekty dat będą przekazywane przez Spółkę w formie raportów bieżących. W związku z powyższym Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż raporty okresowe w roku obrotowym 2014 będą publikowane w następujących terminach: Raporty kwartalne: - raport kwartalny za II kwartał 2014 roku - 12 sierpnia 2014 r. - raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2014 roku - 12 listopada 2014 r. Raport roczny: - raport okresowy roczny za 2013 rok - 4 czerwca 2014 roku. Podstawa

According to the schedule for periodic reports in 2014 , published in the current report EIB 1/2014 of 30 January 2014 , declared the date of publication of the annual report for 2013 years was the day June 2, 2014 . The Board Planet Soft SA ( The \"Issuer\" ) hereby set a new deadline for the publication of the annual report for 2013 years on 4 June 2014. Other terms of the periodic reports remain unchanged , and possible adjustment dates will be communicated by the Company in the form of current reports .
