SOPHARMA AD (the ?Company") hereby informs that from 23 January 2014 up to and including 29 January 2014 the Company bought 5 523 own shares representing 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 21 825.32 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 3.95 BGN. The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 5 522 586, representing 4.18% of the share capital of the Company.
