| The Board of Directors of SOPHARMA AD (the ?Company") hereby informs that between 29 August 2012 and 05 September 2012, including, the Company bought back 18746 own shares representing 0.0142% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 45675.09 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was BGN 2.44. The shares have been bought on the basis of the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010. The intention of the Company is to use the repurchased shares in the future for compensating shareholders of companies, which will be merged into the Company. The total number of treasury stocks after these transactions is 3204805, representing 2.43% of the share capital of the Company. | |||||||||||
