| The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. (?the Company?) informs that on 1 September 2015 TrophyResort Nyrt. decided to terminate the service agreement with its Authorised Advisor Platinium Investment Sp. z o.o. The agreement has been terminated with 1 month notice on 1 September 2015 and will be dissolved (expire) on 1 October 2015. Furthermore, the Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. informs, that is in the process of signing an agreement with a new Authorised Advisor. The Company will provide the essential report after come to an agreement with a new Authorized Advisor.
