WSE: Approval of changes to the Regulations of the Stock Exchange of extended trading session

Warsaw, Nov. 25: Current report no 10/2010

The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") informs that on 25 November 2010 it received from the Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego ("KNF") the decision DFL/II/4010/20/20/10/KW approving the change in the WSE Rules regarding trading session duration.

Pertinent to the above the WSE informs thatit has decided to extend the trading session on all the markets operated by WSE (Main List for equities, derivatives and other financial instruments, NewConnect and Catalyst)
to 17:35 (5:35 p.m. Warsaw time) starting from the trading session on 3 January 2011.

Change induration of the trading session aims at increasing the international visibility of the WSE markets and therefore their attractiveness for investor and issuers of financial instruments.
