| | AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that on 28 May 2014 two loans have been granted to the Company: 1. The shareholder of the Company RAO Nordic Oy (registration number 1784937-7, registered at Tammasaarenkatu 1, FIN ? 00180, Helsinki, Finland) which has 51 % of shares and voting rights in the Company has granted a loan to the Company in the amount of EUR 1,920,180.72. An obligation of RAO Nordic Oy to transfer funds to the Company under the loan agreement has been set off against the equivalent part of the Company?s obligation to pay dividends to RAO Nordic Oy. The annual interest rate is 2.19%. The Company undertook to repay the loan and accrued interest until 31 March 2015. 2. The shareholder of the Company UAB Scaent Baltic (registration number 3006 61378, registered at Jogailos str. 9, Vilnius, Lithuania) which has 29 % of shares and voting rights in the Company has granted a loan to the Company in the amount of EUR 1,091,867.47. An obligation of UAB Scaent Baltic
to transfer funds to the Company under the loan agreement has been set off against the equivalent part of the Company?s obligation to pay dividends to UAB Scaent Baltic. The annual interest rate is 2.19%. The Company undertook to repay the loan and the accrued interest until 31 March 2015. Loans will be used to finance working capital of the Company.
