| The shares were disposed in connection with employees incentive plan (the ?Plan"), under which eight employees of the Company and Company?s subsidiaries received free of charge a total of 940,000 shares in the Company in exchange for a non-competition. The shares were granted by IFG Directors Ltd as principal shareholder of the Company. The Plan is intended to appreciate employees? contribution to the development of the Company, to encourage ownership of shares in the Company by key employees and directors of the Company, to induce key employees and directors to work for the benefit of the Company and to provide additional incentive for them to promote the success of the Company. | |||||||||||
