Revocation of the current member of the Supervisory Council. - To revoke the member of the Supervisory Council of the Company Kęstutis Juščius. 8. Election of the new member of the Supervisory Council. - To elect Vladas Lašas as the new member of the Supervisory Council of the Company. Note: after repeat shareholders meeting will take decisions on above mentioned questions, it will be proposed to Company?s Supervisory Board to elect Kęstutis Juščius as new member of the Board.
