| The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (Company) herby informs that between July 01, 2013 and July 05, 2013, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Company purchased its own shares in the quantity of 660 with the average price of PLN 60.41 per share. The shares have been bought acting pursuant to the Resolution No. 5 adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 14 June 2012 (see current report No. 9/2012 dated 15 June 2012). | ||||||||||||
