| The Board of Directors of Astarta Holding N.V. (the "Company") hereby informs that on November 15, 2011 it informed the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on delay of public disclosure of inside information. The disclosure of inside information has been delayed until March 30, 2012. The Board of Directors of the Company hereby informs that the inside information, whose publication has been delayed, concerns the information received from Mr. Valery Korotkov, Company?s shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company on his intention to conduct negotiations regarding disposal of his substantial minority shareholding in the Company. According to information received from Mr. Korotkov on December 22, 2011 his intention to conduct negotiations regarding disposal of his substantial minority shareholding in the Company has been terminated. |
