| | The Board of Directors of Industrial Milk Company S.A.(?the Company") informs that on 2 June 2011 they received information from the Stabilising Manager ? ING Bank N. V., London Branch regarding stabilisation transactions relating to the Company?s shares in connection with the IPO carried out in Poland. ING Bank N.V., London Branch informed that they undertook stabilisation activities relating to the Company?s shares on terms described in the Company?s prospectus. Stabilisation activities started on 4 May 2011 and the last day of stabilisation activities was 2 June 2011. Based on the received information, the Company presents details of stabilisation transactions, in particular the price ranges within which stabilisation was carried out, for each of the dates when stabilisation transactions were carried out: 13 May 2011: minimum price PLN10.70, maximum price PLN10.80; 16 May 2011: minimum price PLN10.70, maximum price PLN10.80; 17 May 2011: minimum price PLN10.69, maximum price PLN10.80; 19 May 2011:
minimum price PLN10.75, maximum price PLN10.80; 20 May 2011: PLN10.70; 23 May 2011: minimum price PLN10.70, maximum price PLN10.80; 24 May 2011: minimum price PLN10.70, maximum price PLN10.80; 25 May 2011: PLN10.75.
