| With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 5 September 2014 up to and including 11 September 2014 Krka acquired 5,128 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 337,460 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 38,346 representing 0.117% of all shares issued.
