| The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it was decided to change the date of publication of the Company?s Interim Consolidated financial statements report for the 3rd quarter of 2012 (the ?Report"). As a result the Report will be published on 29th of October, 2012, instead of 15th of November, 2012, as was published earlier. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, and Article 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market. | |||||||||||
