| | Current report No 2/2010 dated 6 December 2010The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") hereby informs that on 1 December 2010 under Resolution No. 770/10 the Management Board of the National Securities Depository S.A. (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (?NDS") resolved to confer on the Company the status of a participant in the NDS as an Issuer and toregister 31,250,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of EUR 0,10 each within three days from submission of the documents confirming admission of the aforementioned shares to trading on the regulated market.On 2nd December 2010 the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ("WSE") resolved under resolution no. 1272/2010 to admit to trading at the WSE?s main market 31,250,000 ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of EUR 0,10 each.On 3 rd December 2010 the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ("WSE") resolved under resolution no. 1281/2010 to introduce to trading on the WSE?s main
market 31,250,000 ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of EUR 0,10 each. The Company?s shares will be listed und in the continuous trading under the abbreviated name of?Milkiland" and label of "MLK".First listing of the Company?s shares is scheduled for 6 December 2010. | | | | | | | | | | |
