| In accordance with provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act, Nova KBM d.d., Maribor, hereby gives the following notice: Today, Mr. Aleš Hauc took up the position of the President of Nova KBM's Management Board. He was appointed to that position by the Supervisory Board of Nova KBM on 9 March 2012. Mr. Andrej Plos, who was the President of the Management Board to date, will become a member of the Management Board, while the term of office of Mrs. Manja Skernišak as a Management Board member ended as of today. From now on, Nova KBM's Management Board consists of two members. This notice will be available on the Bank's website (www.nkbm.si) from 24 April 2012. | |||||||||||
