| In compliance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, Nova KBM d.d., Maribor, hereby makes the following announcement: Andrej Plos, the current President of Nova KBM's Management Board submitted yesterday to the Chairman and other members of Nova KBM's Supervisory Board the proposal of his resignation, on which the Supervisory Board has not yet reached any decision. The resignation of Andrej Plos will be discussed at the next meeting of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Plos will perform the function of the President of the Management Board until the appointment of the new Management Board. Changes in the Management Board will have no impact on Bank's operations. This announcement will be published on the Bank's website (www.nkbm.si) from 15 February 2012 onwards. | |||||||||||
