| The Board of Directors of Sadovaya Group S.A. (the "Company") presents the schedule of publication of its periodic reports in the year 2012. For the consolidated annual reports the date of publication shall be: - For year 2011 - 27 April 2012 For semi-annual consolidated reports, dates of publication shall be the following: - For 1st half of 2012 - 30 August 2012 For quarterly consolidated reports, dates of publication shall be the following: - For 1st quarter of 2012 - 14 May 2012 - For 3rd quarter of 2012 - 13 November 2012 Legal grounds: Art.3 to 5 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market, and Art. 56 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies. |
