| | The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. (the "Company") informs that the Company received a notification from ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (the ?Fund") that the Fund has disposed the shares of the Company in transactions in Warsaw Stock Exchange, settled on December 13, 2012 and the Fund became an owner of the Company?s shares that give the Fund less than 5% of total number of votes on General Meeting of Shareholders. Before the disposal of shares the Fund held 2 257 112 (two million two hundred fifty seven thousand and one hundred twelve) shares of the Company which was 5,11% of Company?s initial capital and was right to 2 257 112 (two million two hundred fifty seven thousand and one hundred twelve) votes on General Meeting of Shareholders which was 5,11% of total number of votes on General Meeting of Shareholders. On December 18, 2012, the Fund is the owner of 2 114 788 (two million one hundred fourteen thousand and seven hundred eighty eight) shares which is 4,79% of the Company?s initial capital
and is right to 2 114 788 (two million one hundred fourteen thousand and seven hundred eighty eight) votes on General Meeting of Shareholders which is 4,79% of total number of votes on General Meeting of Shareholders.
