| | The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. (the "Company") informs that on 15 June 2011 trading in the Company?s shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange started. The Company's shares were admitted to trading upon resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 10 June 2011 and introduced to trading upon resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 14 June 2011. The depository for the Company?s shares is the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.), based on an agreement for participation in the depository and a resolution of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities dated 10 June 2011. The Company's shares were offered in a public offering in Poland. The offer price for one share was established at PLN 11.75 and the final number of the offer shares was 11,033,333. The subscriptions from retail investors were accepted from 25 May 2011 to 27 May 2011 and the subscriptions from institutional investors were
accepted from 30 May 2011 to 2 June 2011. The new shares were allotted on 3 June 2011 and issued on 6 June 2011. The share capital was increased to EUR 441,333.33 and EUR 32,633,651.62 was allocated to the share premium account.
