| | Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE ("AmRest") informuje, że w dniu 16 grudnia 2010 roku Rada Nadzorcza AmRest podjęła uchwałę o powołaniu na Członków Zarządu AmRest Panów Marka Chandlera i Drew O?Malley. W chwili obecnej w skład Zarządu AmRest wchodzą następujące osoby:-Mark Chandler-Drew O?Malley-Piotr Boliński-Wojciech MroczyńskiMark Chandler jest absolwentem Matematyki i Ekonomii w Whitman College oraz Finansów i Marketingu w Columbia University Graduate School of Business.Mark Chandler rozpoczął pracę w AmRest w listopadzie 2008.
