(Company) informs its reputable investors about following legal proceedings: The Company concluded an out-of-court settlement with the legal successor of Budapest Sport Association, with MTK. As the result of the settlement the Company rescinded from its legal plea. The Company has already drawn the attention to the fact in its previous announcements that further legal proceedings may be initiated by the creditors aiming the liquidation of the Company. Based on the above the Company informs its reputable investors that dr. Tibor Botos, shareholder and registered creditor ? in the former bankruptcy process ? has filed petition with the Metropolitan Court for reversal of the judgment on registering the capital increase of the Company. Further the Company informs its reputable investors that dr. Tibor Botos has filed petition with the Metropolitan Court for judicial review and reversal judgment of the shareholders? resolutions passed at the Company?s annual shareholder meeting.
