| | W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 25/2013 z dnia 20 czerwca 2013 roku w sprawie zawarcia umowy programowej oraz umowy o gwarantowanie objęcia obligacji emitowanych przez ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o., Zarząd ENEA S.A. (Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 9 października 2014 roku pomiędzy Emitentem, a ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (Spółka Zależna) oraz Nordea Bank Polska S.A., zostały zawarte dwa aneksy odpowiednio do umowy programowej dotyczącej programu emisji obligacji do kwoty 1.425.000.000 złotych (Program) oraz umowy o gwarantowanie objęcia obligacji emitowanych w ramach Programu. Na mocy zawartych aneksów okres dostępności Programu, w ramach którego przeprowadzane będą emisje obligacji przez Spółką Zależną ustalony pierwotnie na dzień 18 października 2014 roku ulega przedłużeniu do dnia 31 grudnia 2015 roku. Automatycznie ulegnie wydłużeniu także okres obowiązywania Programu, który obecnie będzie trwał do 31 grudnia 2030 roku lub do dnia umorzenia ostatniej obligacji, jeżeli w ostatnim dniu obowiązywania
Programu nie zostaną wykupione wszystkie obligacje. Pozostałe warunki umowy programowej oraz umowy o gwarantowanie objęcia obligacji nie uległy zmianom. | | | | | | | | | | | |

Legal basis: Article 56 item 5 of the Act on Offerings - information update Content of report: In relation to the current report No. 25/2013 of 20 June 2013 relating to the conclusion of a programme agreement and an agreement on guaranteeing the subscription for the bonds issued by ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o., the Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 9 October 2014 the Issuer and ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (Subsidiary) and Nordea Bank Polska S.A. concluded two annexes, respectively, to the programme agreement relating to the bond issue programme up to the amount of PLN 1,450,000,000 (Programme) and to the agreement on guaranteeing the subscription for the bonds issued within the Programme. Pursuant to the concluded annexes the period of availability of the
Programme within which bond issues will be conducted by the Subsidiary determined preliminary for 18 October 2014 is prolonged till 31 December 2015. Automatically, the term of the Programme will also be prolonged, which will currently last till 31 December 2030 or till the redemption day of the last bond if on the last day of the Programme validity not all the bonds are redeemed.
