| | Fengua SoleTech AG (the "Company") hereby informs that in accordance with resolution No. 1246/2014 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) (?WSE?) dated 5 November 2014, the Management Board of the WSE admitted to trading on the parallel market 10.055.641 fully paid no par value ordinary bearer shares of the Company, each having a notional amount of the share capital of EUR 1.00. Additionally, in accordance with resolution No. 1250/2014 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) (?WSE?) dated 5 November 2014, Company?s shares, bearing code DE000A13SX89, will be introduced to trading on the parallel market of the WSE on 6 November 2014 (the day of first listing). The Company?s shares will be listed in continuous trading under the abbreviated name "FENGHUA", under the ticker name ?FGT".
