| | KDM Shipping Public Limited (the ?Company") hereby informs that on 13 June 2013 the Company received from Mr. Denys Molodkovets, a notification pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments and section 28 of the Cyprus Transparency Law, informing that as a result of the share capital increase in the Company, which as reported by the Company in its current report no 22/2013 took place on 11 June 2013, the total number of shares and votes held by Mr. Denys Molodkovets decreased below 10%. According to the notifications, prior the capital increase, Mr. Denys Molodkovets held 749,999 shares of the Company and the same number of voting rights, representing 10.3% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company. After the capital increase, the shares held by Mr. Denys Molodkovets in a total number equal to 749,999 represent 8.1% of the total increased share capital and voting rights in the Company. As a result of the capital increase, total number of shares and votes held by Mr.
