With a reference to the public notice from 22 May 2012, Krka is informing the public that from 26 June 2012 up to and including 2 July 2012 Krka acquired 5,042 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 213,207 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borznoposredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,128,888, representing 6.009% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,133,930 representing 6.024% of all shares issued.
