| With a reference to the public notice from 22 May 2012, Krka is informing the public that from 22 May 2012 up to and including 28 May 2012 Krka acquired 7,208 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 331,818 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., NLB d.d., GBD Gorenjska borznoposredniška družba d.d. and Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,080,134, representing 5.872% of all shares issued.
