(the "Company") informs that on 22nd of September 2011 the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine has registered Issue prospectus for bonds issue of LLC ?Agricultural entity Scorpion", an Ukrainian subsidiary of the Company. Total size of the bonds issue is UAH 200 000 000. The Bonds are guaranteed by the Company. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used for: - new agricultural machinery purchases; - reconstruction of pig-breeding complex; - purchases of the new equipment for the Meet Production Plant; - construction of the elevator; Placement beginning date: 03 of October 2011 Placement finishing date: 27 of September 2012 Maturity beginning date: 30 of September 2013 Maturity finishing date: 02 of October 2013 Bonds interest rate: 16,50% Underwriter: Public joint-stock company ?Alpha-Bank", with its registered seat in 4/6 Desyatinna str., 01001 Kiev, Ukraine.
