SOPHARMA AD (the ?Company") hereby informs that from 7 November 2013 up to and including 13 November 2013 the Company bought 23,436 own shares representing 0.018% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 79 264.03 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 3.38 BGN. The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 5 391 581, representing 4.08% of the share capital of the Company.
