| | PRESS RELEASE Partial Demerger of UniCredit Credit Management Bank and UniCredit Credit Management Immobiliare in favour of UniCredit Press release pursuant to Article 70, paragraph 7, lett. a) of Consob Regulation 11971/99 Following the release of the Bank of Italy authorization pursuant to Article 57 of the Italian Banking Act related to the partial demerger in favour of UniCredit SpASpA of the going concern ?Business no-core? of UniCredit Credit Management Bank SpA and of the going concern related to the real estate portfolio of UniCredit Credit Management Immobiliare SpA concerning the business activity attributable to former Capitalia and in accordance with Article 70, paragraph 7, lett. a) of Consob regulation 11971/99, the documentation listed below has been made available to the public today: 1. plans of partial demerger; 2. half year balance sheets as of 30 June 2014, considered as financial statements of the companies involved in the transactions.
