| | Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") inform? the public of the following: On a meeting held on 25.03.2015 the Company?s Board of Directors has resolved to submit a request to the Commercial Register of the Registry Agency for appointment of a registered auditor to verify and certify the annual financial report of the Company for 2014, i.e. ?Audit Advisers? Ltd., a specialized audit company with reg. No. 152, represented by Ofelia Stefanova Slavkova, a registered auditor under number 0613, with leading auditor in the audit of the Company ? Ofelia Stefanova Slavkova. The aforementioned resolution is made with regard to a letter, received from ?Grant Thornton? Ltd. ? a registered audit company, elected by the
General Meeting of the Company?s shareholders to verify and certify the annual financial report of ICPD ADSIC for 2014. With the letter they have sent, ?Grant Thornton? Ltd. expresses its inability to commit to carry out the independent financial audit of the Company for 2014 in the statutory time limits. The request above was submitted to the Commercial Register on 25.03.2015 in the electronic file of the Company.
