| | Zarząd Kredyt Inkaso S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (?Emitent?) w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 27/2014 z dnia 11 lipca 2014 roku informuje o powzięciu w dniu dzisiejszym informacji o wpisaniu przez sąd podwyższenia najwyższej sumy zabezpieczenia zastawu rejestrowego ustanowionego na aktywach jednostki zależnej Emitenta. Raportem bieżącym nr 27/2014 Emitent informował o zawarciu przez jednostkę zależną tj. Kredyt Inkaso I Niestandaryzowany Sekurytyzacyjny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty (?Fundusz?) z FM BANK PBP S.A. działającym pod nazwą handlową BIZ Bank (?Bank?) aneksu do umowy kredytu terminowego w wyniku którego podniesiono maksymalną wysokość limitu kredytowego z 10 mln do 17 mln złotych. Zwarte zostały również aneksy do dotychczasowych umów zabezpieczeń, w tym między innymi aneks z dnia 11 lipca 2014 roku do umowy zastawu rejestrowego z dnia 2 sierpnia 2013 roku ustanowionego, w celu zabezpieczenia wierzytelności Banku z tytułu umowy kredytu terminowego, na pakiecie wierzytelności Funduszu tj. na
zbiorze praw (wierzytelności) o zmiennym składzie stanowiących zorganizowaną całość gospodarczą w rozumieniu art. 7 ust. 2 pkt 3 ustawy z dnia 6 grudnia 1996 roku o zastawie rejestrowym i rejestrze zastawów. Postanowieniem z dnia 4 września 2014 roku (doręczonym Funduszowi w dniu 12 września 2014 r.) Sąd Rejonowy dla m. st. Warszawy w Warszawie, Wydział XI Gospodarczy - Rejestr Zastawów dokonał wpisu podwyższenia najwyższej sumy zabezpieczenia zastawu rejestrowego do kwoty 25,5 mln złotych. Wartość ewidencyjna zbioru wierzytelności, na którym ustanowiono zastaw rejestrowy w księgach rachunkowych Funduszu wynosi 34 624 107,55 zł. Emitent nie identyfikuje powiązań pomiędzy Emitentem i osobami zarządzającymi lub nadzorującymi Emitenta a zastawnikiem i jego osobami zarządzającymi. Kryterium stanowiącym podstawę uznania za aktywa znacznej wartości jest kwota najwyższej sumy zabezpieczenia, która (w wyniku jej obecnego podwyższenia) przekracza 10% wartości kapitałów własnych Emitenta. | | | | | | | | | | | |

| | Current Report No. 34/2014 Abbreviated name of the Issuer: Kredyt Inkaso S.A. Subject: Increase of the highest amount of pledge of the subsidiary of the Issuer Legal basis: Art. 56 item 1 pt. 2 of the Act on offering – current and periodic information Contents of the report: Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw („Issuer”), referring to the current report no. 27/2014 of 11 July 2014, informs that today it took knowledge of the entry by the court of the increase of the highest amount of the registered pledge established on the assets of the subsidiary of the Issuer. With the current report no. 27/2014 the Issuer informed about concluding by the subsidiary, i.e. Kredyt Inkaso I Niestandaryzowany Sekurytyzacyjny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty („Fund”) with FM BANK PBP S.A,. operating under the commercial name BIZ Bank („Bank”), of the amendment to the term loan agreement, as a result of which the maximum credit limit was increased from PLN 10 mil. to PLN 17 mil.
Amendments to the current guarantee agreements were also concluded, including, among others, the amendment of 11 July 2014 to the registered pledge agreement of 2 August 2013 established for the purposes of securing the receivable of the Bank due to the term loan agreement, on the portfolio of receivables of the Fund, i.e. on the set of rights (receivables) of the variable composition, comprising the organized single economic entity within the meaning of art. 7. item 2 pt.3 of the act of 6 December 1996 on the registered pledge and the register of pledges. With the resolution of 4 September 2014 (delivered to the Fund on 12 September 2014) the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XI Economic Division – Register of Pledges made an entry of the increase of the amount of the pledge up to the amount of PLN 25,5 mil. The book value of the set of receivables, on which the registered pledge in the Fund’s accounting books was established, amounts to PLN 34 624 107,55. The Issuer does not identify
relations between the managing or supervising persons of the Issuer and the Pledgee and his managing persons. The criteria constituting the basis for deeming assets as the assets of a significant value, is the highest amount of the pledge, which (as a result of its current increase) exceeds 10% of the equity value of the Issuer. | | |
