| At its Friday meeting, the Supervisory Board of Nova KBM was informed of the current operations of the Bank and the Nova KBM Group. The Board also discussed several business resolutions recently adopted by the Bank. On the basis of provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and pursuant to the Financial Instruments Market Act, Nova KBM d.d., Maribor, hereby makes the following announcement: At the Friday meeting of the Supervisory Board, the members of the Board were informed of the regular business issues and current operations of the Bank and the Nova KBM Group. The Supervisory Board also discussed several business resolutions recently adopted by the Bank. The members of the Board agreed that, in light of adverse market conditions, the resolutions adopted by the Bank have been appropriate in order for the Bank to pursue its economic interest. This announcement will be available on the Bank's website (www.nkbm.si) as from 19 September 2011. | |||||||||||
