| | Działając na podstawie Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 r.w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (dalej "Rozporządzenie") Zarząd spółki "Reinhold Polska AB" Spółka Akcyjna z siedzibą w Sztokholmie w Szwecji (dalej "Emitent") informuje, o zamiarze przekazywania skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych, zawierających kwartalną informację finansową, o której mowa w § 87 ust. 1-3, ust. 4 zdanie wstępne oraz ust. 8 i 9 Rozporządzenia z wyłączeniem obowiązku przekazywania odrębnego jednostkowego raportu kwartalnego.Na podstawie § 83 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia Emitent informuje, że zamierza przekazać rozszerzony skonsolidowany raport półroczny, o którym mowa § 83 ust. 4 Rozporządzenia, zawierający skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem z przeglądu tego sprawozdania i nie będzie przekazywał odrębnego
jednostkowego raportu półrocznego.Emitent informuje, iż zamierza skorzystać ze zwolnienia z obowiązku publikacji raportu kwartalnego za ostatni kwartał 2010 r. i w związku z tym przekaże raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny jednocześnie, nie później niż w terminie 80 dni od daty zakończenia roku obrotowego w dniu wskazanym poniżej.Jednocześnie na podstawie § 103 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia, Emitent podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2011 r.:1. skonsolidowany i jednostkowy raport roczny za rok obrachunkowy 2010 kończący się 31.12.2010 r. - w dniu 21.03.2011 r.;2. skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał roku obrachunkowego 2011 - w dniu 16.05.2011 r. ;3. skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze roku obrachunkowego 2011 - w dniu 16.08.2011 r.;4. skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał roku obrachunkowego 2011 - w dniu 14.11.2011 r.;5. skonsolidowany i jednostkowy raport roczny za rok obrachunkowy 2011 - w dniu 20.02.2012 r.;Jednocześnie na podstawie § 101 ust. 5 Rozporządzenia Emitent
informuje, iż sprawozdania Zarządu Emitenta zostaną opublikowane:1. za pierwsze półrocze roku obrachunkowego 2011?wraz z skonsolidowanym raportem za III kwartał roku obrachunkowego 2011 - w dniu 14.11.2011 r.;2. za drugie półrocze roku obrachunkowego 2011?wraz z skonsolidowanym i jednostkowym raportem rocznym za rok obrachunkowy 2011 - w dniu 20.02.2012 r. | | | | | | | | | | |

| | Acting on the basis of the regulation of 19th February 2009 of the Council of Ministers - on current and periodical information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of considering information required by laws of a country not being the EU Member State as equivalent (hereinafter "Regulation?) the board of "Reinhold Polska AB?with it?s seat in Stockholm in Sweden (hereinafter "Issuer?) hereby informs, of it?s intent to submit it?s consolidated quarterly reports, containing quarterly financial information, stipulated in § 87 point 1-3, point 4 first sentence and point 8-9 of the Regulation, with the exemption of the obligation to submit a separate individual quarterly report.On the basis of § 83 point 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer herby informs, that it intends to submit the extended consolidated half-year report, specified in § 83 point 4 of the Regulation, including the shortened half-year financial statement, as well as the report on the review of this statement, and shall not submit a
separate individual half-year report.The Issuer informs, that it intends to take advantage of the exemption from the publication of the quarterly report for the last quarter of 2010 and shall submit the annual report and the consolidated annual report simultaneously, not later however than in 80 days from the end of the 2010 fiscal year?on the date stipulated here below.At the same time, on the basis o § 103 point 1 of the Regulation, the Issuer presents to public information the submission dates of periodical reports in 2011:1. consolidated and individual annual report for the 2010 fiscal year, which ends on 31.12.2010?on 21.03.2011;2. consolidated report for the first quarter of the 2011 fiscal year?on 16.05.2011;3. consolidate report for the first half-year of the 2011 fiscal year?on 16.08.2011;4. consolidated report for the third quarter of the 2011 fiscal year?on 14.11.2011;5. consolidated and individual annual report for the 2011 fiscal year - on 20.02.2012;Also, on the basis of § 101 point 5 of the
Regulation, the Issuer herby informs, that the obligatory reports of the Issuer?s Management Board shall be submitted:1. for the first half-year of the 2011 fiscal year?along with the consolidated report for the third quarter of the 2011 fiscal year?on 14.11.2011;2. for the second half-year of the 2011 fiscal year?along with the consolidated and individual annual report for the 2011 fiscal year - on 20.02.2012; | |
